Create your institution account (sign up)
This is the very first step. The person who signs up here becomes the owner and administrator of the institution and can later invite the rest of the team.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign-up is self-service — you do not need an invitation to create a new institution.
- Have your institution’s state and name ready.
- Use a work email you can check right away — you will need to verify it before your first sign-in.
Choose your institution type
Section titled “Choose your institution type”On the sign-up page, choose School / Camp / Daycare, then pick the type that fits your organization:
- School — you will also choose Public or Private.
- Camp
- Daycare
Enter your institution details
Section titled “Enter your institution details”- Select your Institution State.
- Enter your Institution Name:
- Schools: after picking a state, use Search for the school to find your school in the national directory. If it is not listed, check I cannot find the school and type the name manually.
- Camps / Daycares: type your institution name.
Create your administrator login
Section titled “Create your administrator login”Under I am, fill in:
- First Name and Last Name
- Password and Confirm Password
- Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy (marketing updates are optional)
Then submit the form.
Verify your email and sign in
Section titled “Verify your email and sign in”- After signing up, we send a verification email to the address you entered.
- Open that email and confirm your address.
- Return to AllergyAIDE and sign in. You land on your institution dashboard.
What you get after signing up
Section titled “What you get after signing up”- You are the Owner (Administrator) of the institution.
- Schools start with grade groups (Pre‑K through 12th Grade) already created for you. Camps and daycares start with a single top‑level group you can build on.
