Create a plan on your own

You do not need a message from a school, camp, or daycare to use AllergyAIDE. Parents and adults can create an account and a child’s action plan on their own.

Physician review on this path

• No request yet: physician review is optional.
• Later, if a school or daycare asks you to share: physician review becomes mandatory before share — follow Respond to a school or camp request.
• Later, if a camp asks: you may use Proceed without review instead.

Steps

1. Create your parent / adult account and verify your email. Choose the parent / adult sign-up — not School / Camp / Daycare.
2. Create your child’s profile and action plan.
3. Optional for now: Ask a physician to review, then sign.
4. When an institution needs the plan, use their YES / Create Action Plan link with the same email they have on file, finish any required review/signature steps, then share.
