Respond with Yes or No

Many schools and camps send a short message asking whether your child needs an epinephrine action plan. The message includes two links — YES and NO. Your choice tells the institution whether they still need a plan from your family.

This page is for parents. Staff who send the message should see The parent email with Yes/No links.

Choose NO when none of your children have an allergy requiring epinephrine for that school, camp, or daycare.

  1. Open the NO link in the message.
  2. Enter your email and last name when asked, so your response can be matched. Make sure to use the information that the institution has on file.
  3. Confirm.

The institution records that an action plan is not required. You do not need to create a profile for this request.

Choose YES when at least one of your children has an allergy requiring epinephrine (and will bring epinephrine to school, camp, or daycare, as the message describes).

  1. Open the YES link in the message.
  2. Create your parent / adult account or sign in if you already have one.
  3. Continue to create your child’s profile and action plan.

After the plan is complete, reviewed (when required), signed, and shared, the institution sees Action plan received.

Some institutions have AllergyAIDE email you directly with a single Create Action Plan button instead of Yes/No links. That path skips the No response step: open the button, create or sign in to your account, then create the profile.

  1. Create your parent / adult account
  2. Create your child’s profile
  3. Ask a physician to review
  4. Sign the action plan
  5. Share with your school or camp

AllergyAIDE documentation explains how to use the product. It is not medical advice.
