Manage child profiles
A profile is your child’s record in AllergyAIDE — demographics, photo, allergies, action plan, and links to school/camp requests. One parent / adult account can hold multiple child profiles.
Open Profiles
Section titled “Open Profiles”In the parent menu, open Profiles.
- If you have no profiles yet, you see a prompt to start by adding a profile for a child.
- Select Add profile to create a new one.
- Select a child to open their profile page (timeline, share, PDF, edit).
Add a profile
Section titled “Add a profile”- Choose Add profile.
- Complete the form (child details, photo, allergies, action plan fields, and consent).
- Save.

Edit or update a profile
Section titled “Edit or update a profile”- Open the child’s profile.
- Choose edit.
- Update details and save.
Important clinical changes after a physician has signed often require Ask for updated review — see Ask a physician to review.

Who can see these profiles?
Section titled “Who can see these profiles?”Everyone invited to your AllergyAIDE account (Owner and guests) can see the same child profiles. That is different from another parent who only received the school email on a separate account. See Invite another parent/guardian and When more than one parent gets the email.
