Allergy reaction diary

The Allergy Reaction Diary is where parents record what happened during a reaction. Entries are tied to a child profile on your account. Physicians or schools you have shared with may also see or edit diary information when their access type allows it.

In the parent / adult menu, open Allergic reactions diary (the in-app label for this feature).

Your Dashboard may also show recent diary entries.

  1. Choose to add an entry.
  2. Select the child profile.
  3. Enter what the form asks for — for example date and time, severity, symptoms, whether a food allergen was confirmed, epinephrine (including timing / second dose if relevant), whether emergency contacts or EMS were involved, other medications, comments, and any images the form supports.
  4. Save.

Open an entry from the list to view it. Edit or delete when the screens allow.

Diary entries are sensitive health information. Only people on your AllergyAIDE account and recipients with appropriate shares should see them. Do not export or screenshot real diary data into public documents.

AllergyAIDE documentation explains how to use the product. It is not medical advice.
