Sign the action plan

Your digital signature confirms that you reviewed the action plan.

When you can sign

Situation	When signing is available
School or daycare request	After the physician approves the plan
Camp with physician review	After the physician approves
Camp Proceed without review	After you choose that option and open the sign flow
Started on your own, no review yet	Often not required until a school/daycare needs the plan

Note

For school and daycare shares, physician approval before your signature is mandatory. Camps may skip physician review via Proceed without review.

How to sign

1. Open your child’s profile.
2. When the timeline is ready for your signature, choose the sign action shown on screen.
3. Read the plan summary carefully.
4. Add your signature (draw or type, as the screen allows).
5. Submit.

You should see the timeline update to show that you reviewed and signed the plan.

After you sign

If an institution request is waiting:
