Invite another parent/guardian to your account

Account Users lets you invite another adult onto your AllergyAIDE account. Invited people can see the same child profiles, shares, and diary entries — they do not get a separate set of children.

This is not the same as a school putting two parent emails on a student. That case is covered in When more than one parent gets the email.

Open Account Users

In the parent menu, open Account Users.

You see people on this account, usually labeled Owner (the primary account holder) or Guest / Invited.

Invite someone

Choose to add a user.
Enter their first name, last name, and email.
Send the invitation.
They accept from the email (invitations expire after 5 days).

What invited users can do

Once they accept, they sign in with their own password and work in the same account workspace: profiles, sharing, diary, and school/camp notifications for that account.

They do not automatically become the “winning” parent on a school request that was emailed to someone else’s address — request matching still follows the email the school has on file. See When more than one parent gets the email.

Good practices

Invite a co-parent or caregiver you trust with the children’s allergy information.
Do not share your password; use Account Users instead.
Remove access from Account Users when someone should no longer see the children’s data.
