Notifications on your dashboard
When a school or camp asks for an action plan, AllergyAIDE shows notifications on your Dashboard (and related prompts on Profiles). These are your in-app checklist for that request — separate from the original email.
Opening a link from email can also land you on these same notifications after you sign in.
What a notification looks like
Section titled “What a notification looks like”Typical titles include:
- School / Camp / Daycare action plan request — something still needs your action
- Action plan in progress — you started; follow the next step on the notification
Actions you may see
Section titled “Actions you may see”| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Profile | Start a new child profile tied to this request |
| Choose Existing Profile | Link a child you already added |
| No action plan required | Tell the institution no epinephrine plan is needed (same as the NO link, but specific to one child) |
| Continue / Go to action plan | Jump to the next incomplete step (fill plan, ask physician, sign, share) |
Next-step wording follows the usual path: fill plan → ask physician → wait → sign → share. For camps, the notification may allow skipping physician review — see Proceed without review.
- Use the same email the school has on file so the notification matches the right student.
- If more than one parent was emailed, only the first decisive response completes the request — see When more than one parent gets the email.
- Finishing still requires Share before the institution sees Action plan received.
