Create your parent / adult account

You need a parent / adult AllergyAIDE account before you can create a child’s profile or action plan. (In the app this is the parent/adult sign-up — not School / Camp / Daycare.)

If a school or camp invited you

1. Open the YES link or Create Action Plan button from their message.
2. On the sign-up page, enter your first name, last name, email, and a password.
3. Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, then submit.
4. Verify your email if prompted, then sign in.

Use the email on file

Sign up with the same email address the school or camp has for you. A different email will prevent your response from matching the right child.

If you are starting on your own

1. Go to AllergyAIDE and choose sign-up for a parent / adult account (not School / Camp / Daycare).
2. Enter your name, email, and password.
3. Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, then submit.
4. Open the verification email, confirm your address, and sign in.

If you already have an account

1. Open the link from the school or camp (if you have one), or go to the AllergyAIDE sign-in page.
2. Sign in with your existing email and password.
3. Continue to your profiles / dashboard.

Troubleshooting

• No verification email. Check spam, then use Resend verification email from the sign-in screen.
• Wrong account type. Institution accounts (school/camp/daycare) are separate. Caregivers use a parent / adult account. See For institutions only if you manage a school or camp.
• Verification link email says it is invalid. Go to the login page, attempt logging in and ask for resending the verification email.
